1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words have the meanings set out below:

• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions together with any service confirmation or invoice issued by Estavault.
• "Estavault", "we", "us", "our" means Estavault, registered and operating at 88 Asok Montri Road, Khlong Toei Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand.
• "Service" means any of the documentation and organisation services offered by Estavault, including the Records Orientation Session, Home Document Setup Visit, and Long-Term Archive Service.
• "User" or "Client" means any individual or organisation that uses this website or engages Estavault to deliver a Service.
• "Content" means all text, materials, printed summaries, checklists, and indices produced by Estavault in the course of delivering a Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or by engaging Estavault to deliver a Service, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over, have legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are engaging Estavault on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or engage our Services.

3. Description of Services

Estavault provides the following documentation and organisation services to private individuals and business clients in Thailand:

• Records Orientation Session (฿3,500): A plain-language session explaining, in general terms, which records are commonly relevant to inheritance processes and where official guidance can be found. A printed summary is included. No legal or financial advice is provided.
• Home Document Setup Visit (฿8,900): An in-home visit to help organise important family paperwork into a clear, labelled system. Includes sorting, labelling, and a personal filing checklist. Purely organisational in scope.
• Long-Term Archive Service (฿33,000): A service building and maintaining an ordered archive of family or organisational documents. Covers cataloguing, digitisation planning, and the creation of a structured index. Available to private families and business clients.

All Services are available to clients located in Bangkok and surrounding areas. Remote sessions may be available by arrangement. Estavault does not provide legal, financial, or professional advisory services of any kind.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a Client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when making an enquiry or booking a Service.
• Ensure that any documents provided or made available to Estavault are documents you have the right to share and organise.
• Not use Estavault's Services for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that violates any applicable law.
• Treat Estavault's staff with courtesy and respect during any session or home visit.
• Inform Estavault of any relevant access restrictions or health and safety considerations before a home visit is conducted.

5. Intellectual Property

All Content created by Estavault in the course of delivering a Service — including printed summaries, filing checklists, and archive indices — is provided for your personal or organisational use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit such Content without our prior written consent.

All other content on this website, including text, design, and imagery, belongs to Estavault and may not be copied or used without permission.

6. Payment Terms

Our Services are priced in Thai Baht (฿) as listed on our website and confirmed in writing prior to each engagement. Payment is due as follows:

• Records Orientation Session: full payment of ฿3,500 due before the session date.
• Home Document Setup Visit: full payment of ฿8,900 due before the visit date.
• Long-Term Archive Service: a 50% deposit of ฿16,500 is due on booking, with the remaining ฿16,500 due on completion.

We accept bank transfer and major credit/debit cards. Payment details are confirmed at time of booking.

Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session or visit will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a session or visit are non-refundable. For the Long-Term Archive Service, the deposit is non-refundable after work has commenced.

7. Service Delivery Terms

Estavault will endeavour to deliver each Service in a professional and considerate manner. Regarding scope and changes:

• The scope of each Service is as described in Section 3 and confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
• Any additional work beyond the agreed scope requires a separate arrangement and may incur additional fees.
• Home visits are conducted at the address provided at booking. Travel to locations outside central Bangkok may be subject to a travel supplement, confirmed in advance.
• Estavault does not take, copy, or retain physical documents without explicit written consent. Our role is to observe, sort, and organise — not to remove or alter documents.

8. Disclaimers

Estavault provides documentation and organisational services only. We are not a law firm, and nothing communicated during any session, visit, or written output should be interpreted as legal, financial, or professional advice. Families and organisations seeking legal guidance regarding inheritance, property, or financial matters should consult a qualified solicitor or other licensed professional.

Our Services are provided on an "as is" basis and are intended to assist with organisation and orientation only. We make no representation that any particular outcome will result from the use of our Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Estavault's liability for any claim arising out of or connected to a Service is limited to the total fees paid by the Client for that specific Service.

Estavault is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from use of our Services or reliance on any Content we produce. We are not liable for the accuracy of information contained in documents that we organise or catalogue — we work with documents as presented to us and make no representations about their legal validity or completeness.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Estavault and its staff against any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our Services, or any claim by a third party relating to documents you have provided to us for organisation or cataloguing.

11. Confidentiality

Estavault treats all information shared during a Service engagement — including document contents, family circumstances, and financial references — as strictly confidential. We will not disclose such information to third parties without your written consent, except where required to do so by Thai law or by a competent authority.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement prior to commencement by giving written notice. Cancellation fees apply as set out in Section 6. Estavault reserves the right to decline or discontinue a Service if, in our reasonable judgement, continuing would be impractical, unsafe, or contrary to applicable law. In such cases, fees for work already completed will apply.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through informal negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, it shall be referred to the courts of Thailand with jurisdiction in Bangkok.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any service confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the relevant Service.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it in future.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
• Notices: Notices under these Terms should be sent to [email protected] or to our registered address.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will display a notice on our website for at least 30 days. Continued use of our website or Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
