Our Story
Built Around One Simple Need
Estavault began in Bangkok after its founder spent several months helping a family member search for documents that no one had ever thought to organise. What struck her was not the legal complexity — it was the straightforward problem of paperwork that was scattered, unlabelled, and hard to navigate at a moment when clear heads were already in short supply.
The observation was simple: most families in Thailand and across Southeast Asia do not lack documents — they lack a system for keeping those documents in a form that is easy to understand and find. Estavault was started to address exactly that gap.
We are not solicitors, and we do not give legal or financial guidance. What we offer is careful, respectful, practical support — a session that explains which records are typically relevant to inheritance processes, a home visit to bring order to existing paperwork, or a long-term archive service for families and organisations that need something more sustained.
Our Mission
Order, Clarity, and Respect
Our mission is to help families keep the paperwork connected to inheritance and legacy in a state that is orderly, findable, and comprehensible — without ever overstepping into territory that belongs to qualified professionals.
Purely organisational. We organise, label, catalogue, and explain — nothing more and nothing less.
Respectful of family boundaries. Decisions always stay with the family. We provide a framework; we never direct.
Plain language throughout. Every session and visit is conducted in clear English, with no assumption of legal or financial knowledge.
Built for Bangkok's diverse families. We work with Thai documents, English documents, and mixed-language paperwork — and we adapt our approach to suit each family's background and pace.

How We Work
Our Standards and Protocols
Confidentiality
All documents seen during a visit or session are treated with strict confidentiality. Nothing is copied or retained without explicit written consent from the family.
Data Protection
We comply with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) in how we handle any personal information shared with us during our services.
Clear Scope of Work
Before any engagement, we provide a plain-language description of what will be done, what will not be done, and what the family can expect at the end of the session or visit.
No Pressure Approach
We never push families toward a particular service or upsell during visits. Our role is to be helpful — not to expand the engagement beyond what is genuinely needed.
Continuous Development
Our team stays informed on changes to Thai inheritance documentation requirements and official guidance, so the information we share during orientation sessions remains current and accurate.
Client Satisfaction Review
After every engagement, we invite families to share feedback. This helps us improve and ensures our approach stays aligned with what clients actually find useful.
Legacy Documentation in Bangkok: Why Organisation Matters
Families in Bangkok face a distinctive set of challenges when it comes to keeping inheritance-related records in order. The city is home to long-established families with documents spanning decades, as well as international residents whose paperwork bridges multiple countries and languages. For both groups, the practical task of keeping important documents accessible and well-organised is one that often gets deferred until the moment it becomes urgent — at which point it is far more stressful to address.
Estavault works with families across Watthana, Silom, Sukhumvit, and other Bangkok districts to bring that task forward — addressing it calmly, without urgency, at a time of the family's own choosing. Our Records Orientation Session is often the right starting point for families who are not sure which documents they need or where to find official guidance. The Home Document Setup Visit suits those who already have paperwork but want it sorted, labelled, and easy for the whole family to navigate.
For families and organisations with a longer-term need — preserving records across generations, or maintaining an index of documents for ongoing reference — the Long-Term Archive Service provides a structured, considered approach to cataloguing and digitisation planning. All three services share the same commitment: clarity, order, and respect for each family's own pace and decisions.
